Compensation: $13.32 - $17.00
Actual salaries will be based on candidates qualifications, competencies, experience and geographic location. .

Summary
The primary goal of the Call Center Representative is to engage and interact with MOD guests who have questions, concerns or issues that need resolution. You will be an internal advocate for guest issues, evangelizing the voice of the guest across the organization so the company can adapt to better serve guests over long-term. This position can be remote. This role will report to the Manager of Guest Services.
Schedule:
This is a full time role, 1pm-9pm Pacific and include both Saturday and Sunday. Your week week will be Friday - Tuesday, having Wednesday & Thursday off creating a 40 hour week.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with the guest; turn guests into advocates
- Work cross-functionally to resolve guest issues and respond to inquiries
- Communicate clearly and effectively both internally and externally
- Continually demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and guest advocacy
- Navigate multiple software applications and technologies
- Track guest concerns and issues to identify areas of opportunity
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in direct customer service
- Excellent written and telephone communication skills required
- Demonstrated conflict management skills while maintaining a professional composure
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business needs ebb and flow
- An understanding and commitment to MOD’s values
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within a restaurant or retail environment preferred
Physical Requirements
Office work involves remaining in a stationary position most of the time in front of a computer, using a keyboard, mouse and telephone. Regularly operate a computer and other office equipment. Communicate and exchange information with co-workers and other individuals in person and electronically.
