Compensation: $77,968 - $90,049

Actual salaries will be based on candidates qualifications, competencies, experience and geographic location. .

Summary

The MOD digital marketing team is looking for a Loyalty Marketing Manager responsible for delivering best-in-class, personalized, and data-driven marketing messages and campaigns to our MOD Rewards members. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a growth mindset who loves developing data informed messaging, you will thrive in this position.

 

As part of the team, you will play a key role in broadening the impact of the MOD Rewards program by driving increased engagement with our existing members. An average week might see you write messaging briefs, build and deploy loyalty marketing campaigns, or review campaign results to determine improvements for the future.

 

Remote/Hybrid and Schedule Expectations

The Marketing Manager is a hybrid position. At MOD this means that Monday – Thursday you are expected to work onsite in our Support Center located in Bellevue, Washington. Your schedule is a standard business day and has flexibility to come in early or stay late based on your personal and work demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize data-driven insights to help develop an annual loyalty marketing calendar, including acquisition and existing member engagement
  • Write messaging briefs
  • Build and deploy loyalty marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with Customer Analytics and Finance teams to review campaign results and determine improvements for the future
  • Develop automated messaging programs that help MOD Rewards members flow through the customer life cycle
  • Create testing and learning plans to optimize loyalty communications and financial impact
  • Liaise with Finance and Supply Chain teams to ensure operational and financial success for programs
  • Maintain knowledge base for promotional impacts and insights
  • Collaborate with senior Marketing team leadership and cross-functional teams to establish targets, track progress, measure results, and improve processes

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in messaging/marketing operations, marketing strategy, customer analytics and promotional development
  • Curiosity and passion for understanding customer behavior and creating world class personalized marketing communications
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience creating assets with an email service provider
  • Familiarity with email marketing systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • HTML programming experience
  • Restaurant industry experience
  • Previous loyalty program management experience

Physical Requirements

Office work involves remaining in a stationary position most of the time in front of a computer, using a keyboard, mouse and telephone. Regularly operate a computer and other office equipment. Occasionally move about the work site to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc. Exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or regularly move objects. Communicate and exchange information with co-workers and other individuals in person and electronically.
