Manager of Talent Acquisition

Summary

Lead the day-to-day functions of field and support center hiring. As part of the People team, you will ensure that recruiting processes and tools are integrated with other talent strategies, safeguarding our recruitment efforts meet the demands of our rapidly expanding workforce and align with our purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop full cycle recruiting solutions for all roles including office-based and our high-volume in-store roles.
  • Manage team of recruiters with emphasis on enabling their engagement and development.
  • Establish strategic partnerships resulting in the ability to act as a trusted partner as it relates to staffing needs and project work.
  • Partner with the appropriate People Business Partners and business leaders to prepare and execute both short term and long-term recruiting forecast/plans which meet staffing needs and internal customer service commitments.
  • Provide, interpret and coach on metrics and analytic reporting solutions, allowing key business metrics to drive decisions.
  • Manage projects aimed at continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes and service levels for high volume areas.
  • Proactively review team’s metrics, identifying needs for additional resources (or reduction) and making changes with input from Director of Talent Acquisition.
  • Act as SME on Recruiting modules of the enterprise HRIS platform including; partnering with appropriate System Administrator in the identification and execution of ongoing continuous improvement efforts, making recommendations for usability updates and changes, ensuring system is being utilized appropriately and users are effectively trained.
  • Act as full-lifecycle recruiter on Support Center roles.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, Finance or related field; or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Demonstrated capability and skills in leading and influencing teams
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel
  • Previous project management, planning skills and analytical skills associated with developing efficiencies
  • Excellent analytical skill set and communications skills
  • Understanding of affirmative action regulations and employment laws

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies and hands on experience applying to recruiting processes

Physical Requirements

Sedentary work involves remaining in a stationary position most of the time in front of a computer, using a keyboard, mouse and telephone. Regularly operate a computer and other office equipment. Occasionally move about the work site to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc. Exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or regularly move objects. Communicate and exchange information with co-workers and other individuals in person and electronically.
