Compensation: $134,066 - $157,699
Actual salaries will be based on candidates qualifications, competencies, experience and geographic location. .

Summary
MOD Pizza is adding to our legal team, hiring a Legal Operations Administrator to organize and administer the operations of the Legal Department and support MOD’s legal operational efforts. As a member of a small in-house legal team, you come with a willingness and enthusiasm for supporting a diverse range of activities. You take pride in your ability to shift rapidly between ad-hoc projects as new priorities emerge and take precedence. You see focusing on opportunities instead of obstacles.
The Legal Operations Administrator is a hybrid position. At MOD this means Mon-Thur you will work onsite in our Support Center located in Bellevue, Washington. Your schedule is a standard business day and has flexibility to come in early or stay late based on your personal and work demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong customer service mindset. Work as a key member of the Legal Department team, executing departmental operations.
- Support and communicate with business constituents; provide guidance and outstanding client service to internal business teams with respect to legal issue management.
- Manage customer incident reporting function, including serving as the primary liaison with insurance providers/adjusters, assisting in the conduct of investigations.
- Assist with the preparation of corporate legal filings; ensure proper indexing and filing of original legal documents.
- Perform a large variety of assignments and lead routine and non-routine projects, including drafting, reviewing and transmitting legal correspondence and documents.
- Assist the legal team with litigation projects, including document holds, insurance correspondence, and gathering of discovery.
- Check for and manage Service of Process received from our registered agent.
- Meet with MOD Leaders as representative of the Legal Department and work cross-functionally with all departments.
- Assist with transactions and attend to administrative matters.
- Manage the Legal Department calendar and deadlines, both independently and as requested by MOD’s in-house attorneys.
- Provide regular feedback and consultation to appropriate departments regarding the status of legal projects.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum two to four years’ experience in a legal administrative capacity, with significant oversight and operational responsibilities.
- Functional expertise in litigation and discovery processes, and contract management.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Prior experience prioritizing competing tasks.
- Proven track record of accountability and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
⦁ Retail or restaurant industry experience preferred.
⦁ Function expertise in government business filings.
Physical Requirements
Office work involves remaining in a stationary position most of the time in front of a computer, using a keyboard, mouse and telephone. Regularly operate a computer and other office equipment. Occasionally move about the work site to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc. Exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or regularly move objects. Communicate and exchange information with co-workers and other individuals in person and electronically.
