As a member of the local store marketing team, you will help MOD engage with customers at a local level through owning our fundraising program, developing local store marketing campaigns, and supporting marketing for newly opened restaurants.  You will partner with various teams across the organization, including operations, technology, and marketing to help launch and improve programs.  We are looking for an energetic, and driven individual to bring MOD’s purpose to life in markets across the country.

Basic Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own, evolve and champion our store-level fundraising program
  • Partner with local store operators to educate and assist in executing restaurant marketing toolkit
  • Understand store-level challenges and work with operators to improve customer experience
  • Coordinate and execute national marketing programs for designated markets.
  • Develop and execute new store opening plans
  • Develop and execute local marketing plans for designated markets
  • Fiscally responsible for marketing expenditures within designated markets inclusive of both discounts and spend
  • Research and track competitive marketing activity.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills
  • Retail or restaurant experience, preferably some management
  • Business acumen and exposure and understanding of the P&L
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Smartsheet
