STORE LEADERSHIP

As a Manager in Training (MIT), your purpose is to learn the General Manager (GM) position over time.  You’re on a great path, and we’re excited about it! This is a fun and demanding role where you'll be constantly learning the skills and responsibilities to take on your own store. You’ll do this by taking on more GM duties over time, and will be coached and trained by a Certified Training General Manager (CTGM).  We expect your time in this role to be 3 to 9 months. After completing this training program you should possess the GM skills and readiness, to lead your own store.   

As a General Manager you’re responsible for leading your store and a team of MOD Squad members. This position requires a genuine love of people, business savvy, and a high level of accountability. At MOD, we focus on our authentic purpose, developing engaged and inspired people, making loyal customers, and achieving our business goals. You'll provide leadership and direction for your MOD team to build and maintain the MOD experience.

As a MOD Pizza Certified Training General Manager (CTGM), you contribute to the success of the MOD community by leading your store and a team of MOD Squad members. You’ll also train newly hired GMs and Managers in Training (MIT) who are future General Managers. This is a position that requires a genuine love of training and developing people, as well as business savvy and a high level of accountability. This position is only available to internal General Managers seeking opportunities to grow.
