As a Squad member your primary goal is to consistently provide customers with an exceptional experience. You’ll serve as a role model for fast and efficient service, collaborate in a team setting, and bring a real passion for people while creating a welcoming, memorable, and inspiring atmosphere. As an All Star you’ll be responsible for providing training to new and current Squad members to help them succeed in their roles, and model all work standards to ensure the best possible finished product. This position is responsible for Squad member tasks and the additional responsibilities of an All Star. The amount of time spent on each role can vary depending on the store's needs. This position is only available to internal Squad members seeking opportunities to grow.

As a Shift Captain at MOD you'll take your first step in building your leadership skills and style. Yyou'll lead store operations during scheduled shifts and are responsible for setting up the Squad for success. In this position, you'll flex to the needs of the store, sometimes leading, sometimes doing - but always keeping the MOD experience at the front of your mind.
